  1. Finally a Nice Sounding Violin! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 28th Sep 2014

I bought this for my son, who is 17 now and has been playing since he was 4 years old, we had about 6 different asian violins growing up and they all had a pretty shrilly sound, they did the job, but the tone was a bit edgy after awhile. his teacher recommended i get something in a higher level as he prepares for entrance exams to some of the music colleges around our area. i ordered this one after looking up edgar russ , i decided to purchase in june and it is a HUGE diifference compared to the other violins, my son absolutely love it! it sounds so much sweeter , almost like a person speaking and singing. it came on time, one of their reps called to verify me and setup delivery which was nice, i was concerned it would not be from a legitimate merchant , turns out they are one of the biggest european imports for online violins, and they get them direcly from the workshop! we saved a ton on the price too
